Return & Refund Policy

At NatureNewborn, we are committed to the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Our products are manufactured under strict quality control standards and undergo both manual and automated inspections to ensure purity, safety, and product integrity before leaving our facility.

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered to the customer.

In the unlikely event that a product is received in a damaged or compromised condition as a result of delivery, customers are advised not to consume the product. In such cases, the customer must notify our customer service team by email at service@naturenewborn.com within 48 hours of delivery. The notification must include the customer's order number together with photographic evidence clearly showing the damage. Upon receipt and verification of the required information, NatureNewborn will arrange for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
